Implenia Secures Major Swiss Data-Centre Development Contract

On 4 November, Implenia announced a contract worth a low three-digit million amount in Swiss francs for technical construction work on a 33,000-square-metre data centre. The project includes electrical infrastructure, cooling systems and building services, with completion planned for 2028. It creates opportunities for specialist contractors, commercial property investors and building-technology suppliers.
